The SILVER&FIT® EXERCISE & HEALTHY AGING PROGRAM
PrimeTime Choices members have access to a participating fitness center or YMCA fitness center no cost membership through a broad network of basic coed and gender-specific local fitness centers or YMCAs and instructor-led classes, where offered. Members who like the flexibility of working out at home can choose one Home Fitness Kit per benefit year at no additional cost.

Members may also choose to receive a  a personalized Workout Plan health information, track their fitness activity, join live virtual classes and events in the Well-Being Club, enjoy thousands of on-demand workout videos on the Silver&Fit website, and earn rewards through their Silver&Fit membership.
